Trending @Accenture; I have completed 1 year in Accenture

I have completed 1 year in Accenture as level 11. So can I expect promotion this year?

If you are already an analyst, you need to face politics min 2-2.5 years for next promotion if there is politics in your project

Min 2 years at level 11 for next promotion, this is what I have seen based on multiple clients across 10 project. After one year, start the discussion with supervisor to push your profile for promotion, else no one will do it for you, so once 2 years complete, you will be ready for promotion. Also, start picking things that a level 10 role requires, update the same within priorities section and keep strong points from your end for discussion, else no one will do it for you. Keep in mind that politics will play it's part along with this and if you don't get promotion after all of the above then consider that politics is strong, so ask roll off from project or switch company.

Work culture is really shit in Accenture, I'm new to my team and we're 21 PPL so I'm out of that race, but they're backstabbing each other for promotion to the next level. I just find this funny.
Some PPL are sending messages at midnight and one person went a step ahead and stayed awake to connect with Argentina at 3 AM and started messaging in grp.
These PPL will stay dormant till 5pm and after that they'll not stop messaging still 10pm or 11pm.

Does promotion happen for a few within a team and not the entire team?
