
Trending @Accenture; I have been put under PIP plan? Am i in trouble?
Can someone guide me regarding the PIP process.. Do they actually mark the PIP as successful or is it a scheme to layoff employees?

I am also in PIP . Not sure wether they will give severance pay or not . By Feb 10 i will be kicked. Any idea what can happen with me ??

Hey don’t worry.. even I had gone through the same last June cycle and it is a very traumatising situation. Now I regret instead of going throw that anxiety and tension why didn’t I not resigned. Bcz my health totally damaged so much things are still going on my body. Bcz everyday i still remember and I lost so much of my confidance now, now I’m planning to ask roll off and if they won’t give I will resign in next 10-15days, bcz I can’t work with these shitty guys.

Job market is opening up now don’t worry try outside u will land in one, eventhough u complete pip u won’t get hike

What will happen if I resign during pip in accenture and I failed to clear it. Will i be getting notice period to serve or asked to resign on the last day of PIP. Any genuine answers will be appreciated.

I am currently working on a project where, for the first four months, I was not assigned any tasks related to my skill set. Later, within the same project, I moved to a different team where I started receiving relevant work and was performing well. However, in December, my people lead informed me that management had given me negative feedback. As a result, I did not receive a bonus, and I was told that I might be placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and that HR would contact me. Since then, there has been no communication from HR or my manager regarding the PIP. I am still working under the same manager, and no formal action has been initiated so far. At this point, I am feeling uncertain and concerned about my situation. I would like to understand whether I should still expect a PIP or if any further action is planned, and what steps I should take next.

It’s mistly to layoff people in the absense of projects or you can get skilled in other skills in demand and can join those teams. I will recommend you to keep looking for other opportunities in parallel to PIP

I am already on a project and having work in that as well. Only because i wasnt that highlighted compared to others, i have been put into PIP
