I had received a no base pay change or 0% hike and i feel missed out as many people had received atleast a 3% hike i did get a 3% in fy24 overall am I in general not elligible anymore for any hike 🥲 or is it that accenture can not pay morethan 12 lakhs for a 5 year Of experience in level 10 full stack
