Trending @Accenture; I got promoted in June with only a 13% increase. Do you think I can expect at least a 6% raise this November?

My people lead didn't notify me if I will get a hike. My colleague says that since I've received a promotion hike this year, I won't get any increment. Also, I heard there will be almost no hike for anyone in Accenture. Is that true?

Good to have expectations but it's highly unlikely you'll get a hike for a year. You'll get vp for sure

I can tell whether you will get hike or not nov cycle only based on your salary. For level 10.lot of employees get low salary of 6 lakhs to 9 lakhs..few employees get higher salary 10 to 25 lakhs.

Nope no hikes this December as the Annual hike cycle has been changed from December to June. So only people getting promotions will get hikes and no one else
