Team lead has given me feedback but those points are not valid and many of them have done the same mistake they told they will keep in pip did not got official email can I take call with people lead or team lead and give counter answers for this or what is the solution as I did not got any official email

Try to make a switch. If you get an offer with Immediate Joining, ask for a joining bonus and don't Clear PIP. Else, Resign as soon your PIP gets cleared. Enjoy 3 months of Notice Period. And keep searching for new Opportunities.
