Trending @Accenture; I got pip in dec 2024 I cleared it will I get variable pay in June 2025 ? also is there any chance that they will give pip again?

Till 1 years you will not get hike and vp. My advice is to take a new job asap and leave the company. ThIs is practice accenture is doing because company don't want to give hike and all just this is another way to exploit employees.
It's my humble and friendly suggestion just change the job asap. Note: advice is given because one of my frnd gone through this.
