I was ignored all the task after resignation then manager decided for early release.

No any loss only profit because you can join the another company with early joining with joining bonus.

I also want early , one company wants me join on 28 April and they are giving me WFH also, but My Lwd is 12 May , I am on bench ,manager does not have any issue , PING hr on teams , email No response , What should I do , i have earned leaves as well
