Trending @Accenture; I did not get bonus in may/June, due to bad feedback

It was because of being on bench for 3 months, previous lead's politics Eventually got into a project couple of months back... Previous lead told me that I was put under improvement program

So will I receive bonus in this cycle? Or do I need to raise a grievance aganst my lead?
