Trending @Accenture; I check my mycompetency, secondary skills are added automatically, how do they update secondary skills in mycompetency?

What about the proficiency, ex: if I have p2 now, then after writing the assessment I have not done well so I got p1, then that skill proficiency will be p2 only or will it update to new P1 proficiency?

And if you know anything, like in which platform (percipio, udacity etc ) if we do courses that skill will add in mycompetency?
