I don't see any arrogance in the message. He might have some other tasks/things but you wasted their time, so he might have told like that.
We barely had a 10 mins convo thats the issue and they are the only one singing we are always here for help, reach us out cause ur new new etc.
The guy probably was frustrated and lashed out on you. Definitely not a correct way to communicate. Also, when she asked you to check with her then you should, irrespective of what you used to do.
Whenever we text her, she always says she is busy. Not once she helped, thats why we all ask the guy to help with errors or issues.
Little context: He always helped me in doubts and errors, so my first approach was to ask him and when he said something wrong and i told that in group. This is what he replied ^^
