8moTrending @Accenture; I asked for roll off in the project and they told wait for 3 months and now got offer from outside and they want early joining
I have asked my manger for roll off and they said as your are long term locked resource, you have to wait for 3 months for roll off and from that 1 month is completed and I currently got a offer from outside and they can’t wait for 3 months notice period so can I get the notice period reduced to 2 months, cause after two months I will be on bench any way , any suggestions please help me in this situation

Even after you will be on bench... Its not sure that they will. Release immediately... Just resigned if u have offer from other company. On bemch also we have to serve 90 days NP
