Reach out to your project HR.

I did he said he connected with leads n it will take 10 to 12 months to get a roll off...10 to 12 months is too much...i need release asap...

Please check your workday profile or anywhere you find a regular Accenture HR. Ping them on priority. Provide them a brief of the whole situation. Do not give up at least until someone replies and takes your case seriously.

Also, drop a mail with high importance to your DU lead, putting manager, people lead in CC: again briefing the whole thing in short. This basically is going to be an escalation.

Can we do that? I just got a reply from someone saying if you're hard locked in some project n you refuse to work or having performance issue it will not be good for your career in Accenture... although in my case m neither refusing to work nor having performance issue... it's just that m requesting them to change for a general shift project due health issues

Which is why none of your career will get hampered. Don't listen to the bullshit. It's your right and if the above mentioned ways don't work, let me know there are stricter actions that can be taken.

Brother, that is the rule here ig. They don't roll off before 18 months, I was told by my TL. I am also working in B shift, very hectic shift, no personal time is left.😶

Exactly...even on weekends m working...yeah even my manager told me the same but one of my colleague got rolled off in 1 -2 months...

Same here brother. The colleague you're talking about here, might not be performing well, and might have been rolled off because of that, if that's not the case, please talk to him/her. I've known from a very senior person in Accenture that if you refuse to work for a project that has hard locked you, or if you are rolled off because of performance issues, that is a big black blot on your career in Accenture.

Good decision, now working here is affecting people mentally, I agree with you

Then giving health issues might be working for you because companies talk about well being so much they need to think about their employees well being

BouncyBagel

I've already provided medical certificate from psychiatric still my HR is saying it's not enough..he is not even telling me what other doc I need to provide... don't know what to do

FluffyMochi

Then try to connect with other senior level hr who can help you , you are stuck there you also try to search the job if you don't get released from this project.

Guys you need to take care of your mental health issues more than BIG BLACK BLOT ON YOUR CAREER IN ACCENTURE.
And I am 100% sure if the right actions are being taken, you can take yourself out of this situation.
You're not getting paid to go through this!!

2 points that will solve your problem. Keep these discussions on email. Escalate to skip level if the current level of management doesnt listen.
