Trending @Accenture; I am switching my project from internal to client. Is it a good decision? What are some things i should know before joining a new project?

I heard that in internal projects, you don't have work extra hours or on weekends and u'll get good hikes as there's no client feedback.
Are these real?
If so, u can expect opposite to this in client project
