Trending @Accenture; I am so exhausted

3 people from some XYZ team left and they have hired me for someone's replacement she gave me KT in one call just sharing her screen which went over my head it's been a month I am completing tasks sprint wise but it's very complicated flow nobody understands this flow and i am getting burnt out now I was working in Infosys earlier same situation there too Now again just in 6 months I am burnt out Maybe corporate is not for me

In our project we have a proper KT tracking plan where there are modules specified with owners. Once KT is done, the person who gives the KT updates the tracker and either the person who's recieved the KT does reverse KT or someone else reviews. Hence there's accountability and if there is a fuck up people have proof of what was done or not. I would suggest reach out to your project manager for help.

I think shadow work is what important in 3 months of notice period new person should do the work with the help of old one KT covers basic understanding while the real knowledge comes from on hand practice
