And they are giving again training even after cross training I don’t know what is the issue they are not taking into any project and giving pressure to learn those uninterested technology plm in enovia and biovia how is future i am concerned about it can any one help me?

Sorry but there's not much hope then beyond roll off/diff team assignment in same project/look outside. You need to escalate and good luck with finding support from them in itm
