Well in this case, only ur manager can save you .. there will be a call scheduled by Ur HR involving ur leads and manager . You will be assigned few tasks and ur work will be assessed over a period of 4 weeks . After each week there will be a performance call scheduled by the HR , and feedback will be recorded from your manager. If your manager comes up with good feedback in this weekly calls , ur job is saved .. else u are doomed
