Trending @Accenture; I am in last week of my notice period and my managers is asking to revoke the resignation. How much hike should I ask from current CTC?

DO NOT STAY.I have made a terrible mistake like this in 2023 so I warn everyone not to.

Why, can you elaborate?

Stayed back getting a tremendous retention hike but now suffering somehow with the project and works given. When people give you a big retention hike, they want you to work as per their will.

I somehow was able to break this retention torture chain within few months but mostly Accenture management does that.

Don’t accept it. Leave and come back in a year but if you stay now you’re in trouble later.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I am currently in my notice period, but my manager is constantly following up with me asking to revoke my paper. The offer they are giving me is L1B visa and on-site opportunity soon because when I asked for offshore hike, they said they are unable to do that since they just gave me a promotion with peanuts 15% hike, especially when my total pay is too low (fixed 10.5) at level 9….

Depends on your requirement, if you need the L1B visa, then stay here, else leave.

Never revoke your papers, I repeat never ever do that!!

Move on, work somewhere for a year and get back to Accenture. You will be offered great hikes and +1 designation!!

Yes I have an offer but I feel the offer is less. Can I ask more than what the other company offered?

Ask for more, see how much he is willing to pay

I still think no matter what you should look out for better opportunities than stay. What others are saying is true. Your workload will easily be doubled even if they give 30% hike

Dont stay.. if you have a offer, go for it. Maybe come back to Accenture after 1-2 year. You will get more than 200% hike. But if you stay you'll get stuck bro. Just get out of this rathole

Do you have any offer in hand?.. If yes then ask to match that Or if you don't have then ask at least 50-70%

Why did you resign and why do you want to stay back?
