Don’t resign on your own. Let them ask you to resign so that you can get 3 months pay.
Even if you resign they will give 3 month salary and immediate termination provided pip task are not started. One of my team member resigned before the pip task uploaded on tool , hr confirmed he will get 3 month salary with immediate termination.
No , there is a confusion, those under Pip, they getting that this month is your last month, we are firing you its not that you put resign , so k think they get ninja way to get rid of 3 months pay thing
