Trending @Accenture; I am at level 10 right now and my MAL is 42. Is there any chance of getting promotion in the next dec cycle?

MAL TAL doesnt matter. Its completely on your manager. If your manager wants to promote you then you will get promotion,if he doesnt then no matter what your MAL is,no matter how is your performance in the team,you wont get it.

I have seen people with more than 80 MAL also good performance. They were not promoted just because of manager. In my team, a resource with just MAL 12 has been promoted to L10 although he doesn't perform well.

I have 50+ MAL but no promotion and hike from past 20 months. Instead he released me from project..even I'm the top performer in the team.. Manager has high powers here..

Seems possible, 42 MAL is a lot
