If you got the hike in between they will give you 23% ....they just make the base salary equal to 5.25 LPA...so you can calculate the percentage of hike u will get based on the current base salary

I got default hike of 11% after completing 1 year, so after completing 2 years how much will they increase? Will it be atleast 40k in hand monthly?
