Trending @Accenture; I am an analyst (level 11). Joined this company as a fresher 4 years ago as an analyst it self.

In 4 years I haven't received any promotion and average raise throughout. Currently my base pay is 6.8 lakhs per annum. Am I underpaid? I work as a platform engineer here.

I left Accenture almost a year back. 3 years of experience that time I was just getting paid 5.5lpa I made a switch to a startup. I learned many things in 6 months. After a 6 month performance my CEO personally promoted me. Now I am an AI Architect with 10lpa. In 6 months i almost 2x ed my salary by leaving Accenture.

Recently saw a post here only where experienced people were discussing a similar topic, I saw someone saying that at 4 yrs of experience level, they were earning nearly 15LPA, now im not sure about the role, but personally also I think you're underpaid.
