Trending @Accenture; I always felt the DLF is a waste of time... Rather company can train us in a cross skill that we like to improve competency.

Accenture don’t want us to leave unless they fire us. Every company wants to keep employees busy with these kind of trainings and engagements + 90 days notice period.

Biggest turd of a course I ever saw is DFA 4.0. Absolute wastage of precious time, time that can be spent learning actually useful skills that would help one progress further in their career
