6moTrending @Accenture; How will we know that the manager is pushing for promotions
Ideally the manager would reach out to share the achievements to put them in discussion but my mgr didn't ask and she is saying that she is pushing for promotions...I am not able to assume she is bluffing or something...but I have very good visibility from upper management with high MAL..any thoughts ?

It's a close box, you won't know untill Nov end or if he/she tells you.

If the manager is pushing for promotion he will keep asking for a party casually, indirect hints that you are getting promotion
