Trending @Accenture; How will I get a hike with no work?

I have joined Accenture last year as my first company and got a proj after training but it's been 7 months now that I have been charging unassigned code.

Leads just say they are finding opportunities and there are hold backs from clients. I have been doing external courses and preparing for tech leap in the mean time . But I'm worried it's just experience time that's increasing with no actual work done. Just an ASE how will I grow like this?
