Let’s consider if they are saying you got 10% vp in December it will like 10% of your fixed pay divided by 2 In December you will get 5% and rest 5 % in may, apart from that they will also calculate no of working days you worked between those cycles, let’s consider for may cycle you worked for just 100 days they will give it just for those 100 days
