Trending @Accenture; How variable pay % is calculated?

I received 15% vp in December and the same 15% also in the current cycle(june 2024). But the amount is not same(3.2k less than previous amount) but the % is same

15% is calculated on your base pay for the accenture financial year and it will be distributed half yearly, which is in Nov and May.
