Trending @Accenture; How to use my MCA Post graduation in my career to increase my Package is it possible?
I have joined Accenture October,2023 as a ASE now I'm in a Internal CIO project working as a Quality Engineering Associate (Testing) manual and Automation both , I have joined Accenture through my BSC (computer science) graduation which I have completed in the year 2022 , so after my graduation, I have enrolled for MCA course (PG) college , so now the question is in the 2024 my MCA will be completed, I will be receiving the certificate. So how do I use it , My in-hand salary is 21k as you can decide how much will be my package and also for degree candidate it is 21k and for the Btech graduate it was like 28k in-hand , so help me how could I use my MCA certificate, at the starting while I was joined if was a postgraduate with MCA certificate even I would have get the in-hand 28k per month (4.5LPA) but as a degree graduate I got 3LPA. Guys please help me , how to upgrade and how do I get a better package and increment and promotion internally.
Hey bro, you are going to get 2 hikes without getting promoted to level 11. That is 27% hike your salary will be as BTech 28k then in the next cycle you will get a hike of 11% your salary will be 32k. And after completing 24 months in level 12 you will get promoted to level 11 your salary will 39k. How do ik? I started with 21k with a bsc degree. And I have no idea about MCA upgrade lemme know if you know.
@BoldEpisode5 please talk to your manager about your MCA getting completed and tell him what all you can bring to the table with MCA degree! Maybe the stuff you learnt in 2 years of MCA how you knowledge and skills can benefit the project and ask him / her to give you additional responsibilities and also consider for promotion / better hike as you are equivalent to a BTech degree holder !
