Trending @Accenture; How to update myte?

I am currently on bench.I have taken a sick leave on 15th April for which the lead replied to on 21st April saying " hope you have updated on myte". How can I make changes for last fortnight in myte now?

Go to the previous fortnight in myte, edit your leave on that particular date, click on save and click on complete adjustment.
