Trending @Accenture; How to take roll off from a project
I have been in this project for the last 20 months. I want to take a rolloff from this project as I am done with my teammates. Literally I cried once. If I Want to get a roll off from a project. Can management terminate me from Accenture.
Drop a mail to your people lead, mark skip level manager as well and if there is no response than loop HR.. this is the best way and as you have already completed 20 months in this project than you can get the roll off easily
So Similar situation is for me.. I have completed 18 months in this project and I want a roll off.. I am too good for this project.. And my manager and People lead know that. I have asked for the roll off but they said no.. What I should do now?
Sure, Will try. But my concern is that 3 people just left my team. There are not enough resources to handle the shifts. So if in case they didn’t release me, it will make the condition worse
Try to connect with the Manager and ask for roll off. If you are not a important resource they will give you rolloff. If he didn't agree for rolloff. Then go to HR and explain your scenario he might transfer you into another project
Manager will not support me in this case as we are only 4 resources in the team excluding leads. All of them are my seniors, The manager will not listen to me and my teammates even do back bitching to my leads against me. Even after their rude behaviour I always talked to them respectfully.
