Trending @Accenture; How to take leave? I want to take a leave for this week.

20 days vacation/earned leave, 7 days sick/wellness and 5 days casual leave left (on that myTE auto mail for leave and expenses). I have only taken casual leave before this. Can I use earned/vacation balance? If yes, then how? Who's approval do I need? Will it affect my salary? Or a wellness leave will be better? Anything is fine it's just that I don't want to exhaust my casual leaves too soon
