Trending @Accenture; How to switch Projects?

How to switch projects as an ASE ? Currently associated with a team but haven't assigned any projects. So please give some suggestions. And please tell me how to change primary skills without having work experience in the desired skill.

You can first add secondary skill,whatever you want like java,python,cloud,etc in myCometency and then give its assessment and try to score >=P3 proficiency [optional] And then you can swap Secondary skill to Primary skill under myCompetency Primary skill change. Afterwards you can take Roll off from your current project, next project call you'll be getting from your primary skill

Yeah i tried i gained p3+ in react.js but it is still asking for the approval and work experience in the react.js

To change ur primary skill it'll require manager's approval, without his approval it can't be changed
