Trending @Accenture; How to switch companies

I'm a recent graduate. I have 1 year experience in Accenture and I've been working in an SAP basis project.

Clearly this isn't my dream job.

Can you please suggest how I can apply to other companies for a role that I desire , say as a data analyst .

Is doing self projects and Coursera/udemy courses the way to go or am i missing something...

Upskilling through Coursera or Udemy is a good start. Build a strong portfolio with self-projects. Network within and outside Accenture. Apply actively. Be patient and persistent.
