Trending @Accenture; How to switch ?

I had joined accenture as ASE (4.5lpa) in july 2024. At that time i had tcs offer (7lpa). At last now i got joining from tcs to report in july 2025.

Can anyone please tell how to switch without any problem and risk. Like Whom to ask? Notice period ? Extend joining ?

Any suggestion on what is the correct path to move.Go to tcs as fresher or continue in Acc as developer (1 year exp)

What I did was straight away mailed them that next company wants me to join in a month, and the current salary will not suffice for you to stay here. So you propose your last working day and see how it goes.

It took tcs 1 year to give joining?

First, you need to email the TCS HR team, inform them that you’re currently employed at Accenture, and mention the duration of your notice period.
