If you need to talk to people lead or mgmt then tell them first , do RR and then mail them stating your LWD , then in service now raise ticket

in ticket you need date you mailed them telling your LWD , in lwd fill the date tou mentioned in mail

so mail is important

if you want you can directly mail them and raise the ticket , after that you will assign case wxit manager
you lead will approve within 1 week , if not i have heard its auto approve in 1 week

go to ast.accenture and raise exit ticket

Go to support.accenture portal and under HR category u will find the option
