Trending @Accenture; How to roll off smoothly from a project?

I want to roll off from my project because i am not recognised for my work and my project has no budget for any outings not even team lunch basically a low budget project and the work is same , i dont see any growth the same work everyday. Someone please help me how i can leave this project.

Just express your lead and manager your concerns, mail all the details, keep up documented every project stuff in work day and ask feedback him /her before roll off. Also have a daily tracker about the task u accomplish,Even I'm in same situation, not getting recognized, not even promoting even though I'm eligible. Even though you ask roll off you have to serve them like notice period 3 months. Once you send roll of request mail follow up and ask them to give final date and not to extend it, cc hr. Then they have to accept and confirm you roll off. Nobody have rights to force to work further.

Seek the right project outside of your team. Do networking with managers, se managers who provide KTs on various skill sets you are interested in. Request them to consider you for open position in their team as you have aspirations to learn and grow under them.

Once they agree you can start contributing 20-30% in their team and discuss with your manager and can opt for a smooth transition. Initially you will have to work for both the teams.. but there would be no bench period. Just make sure, as soon as you are confirmed of the requirement in their team, speak to your manager so that they can look for replacement keeping HR in loop. Work for both teams till your replacement is ready which shouldn't be more than a month or two. And there you go..
