Trending @Accenture; How to revise CTC?

Hey, I need to know if there is any available option to revise my current CTC i.e., increase my basic salary component instead of increasing the Adhoc allowance component whenever I receive promotion/hike. Is this something possible and if so, what's the procedure? Should I speak with my HR?

The option is still open till 17 May. You can change in the Allsec portal under compensation plan.

I don't think basic salary component is editable in AllSec compensation plan.

Up to CL-10 it's not possible. I heard CL-9 and above can change the basic component by themselves.

You can increase your basic pay only if you receive a hike and if you are in level 8 and 9.

That is fixed as per budget allotted, very lower chance that they will modify the fixed components as your PF and NPS depends on that.
