Trending @Accenture; How to negotiate with manager beyond the default promotion?

I’ll be completing 2 years this September and will be getting the default promotion but due to timeline constraints I’ll be getting it in Nov. So is there any way to tackle this situation and convince my manager to get the promotion in September itself and also how to negotiate the default pay-scale since I can see many people are asking for the negotiation?
