Trending @Accenture; How to move to strategy without mba?

I'm in Accenture for 3+years in client facing roles more like BA and giving demos. I want to move to consulting without mba outside Accenture but not getting any calls. What shall I add in my CV? Any certification/skills please suggest.

no f way, this is India here HR suc@s. Most of Hr are from mba and you think they will accept non mba.

Problem is accenture is still good brand for tier 1 MBA people and most of them have egos and culture where they will not accept anything below top 30 mba college as their colleagues. HR value culture too hence they will prefer mba

Lastly we have enough mba graduates to fill those seats and most of the mba graduates are engineers
there is no difference between them and you except a full time mba degree and they will prefer mba degree since both of you are same

plus you only worked in accenture and that too one or two clients, people from mba might have different exposure so look all these angle

🥲 is it worth to do mba after 4 years of experience from India? Bcz they'll give them consultant/cl11 designation. And I'm going to be 10 soon

MBA is not just a degree. Personally I have learned a lot in MBA theoretical and more practical. If someone has done a MBA from a Tier 1-2 college, it is highly likely that they are more polished and have more business acumen. Doing a MBA will open more avenues and I would recommend it if you can afford it and from a decent college. That being said for the most output do a residential MBA rather than an executive one.
