Trending @Accenture; How to manage LWD to get offer?

I have communicated to hr's that I have my LWD on Sept end bcz of which I could able to attend the interview to know my level and I was able to clear round 1 and some cases 2nd round with client and 1 company went till 3rd round waiting result. I don't have any offer in hand and still have 45 days in my np. Now am preparing really hard to secure atleast 1 offer. But my problem is how to handle my LWD I have told to hr in Sept end but it's in mid October. Will they consider waiting for 2weeks? Inbetween we do have long weekends keeping these in mind I have taken this risk. Please share your experience/suggestions how to handle this situation wisely. TIA!

Note - There is no chance of negotiating this with my manager.

Yes, you can tell the recruiter that you are a critical resource in your project and they want you to stay 15 days more.

OR

You can tell the recruiter that, you had 15 days of earned leaves and your manager told that he will release you 15 days early by using your earned leaves, but now they do not have any replacement for you, thus they want you to stay 15 days more and complete your Full notice period.
