Trending @Accenture; HOW TO - Leave Encashment

I'm a CL12 employee and I have 13.55 days of earned leave and 11.05 days of casual/sick leave. So what is the last date to use them up and is it possible if I don't use them then can I claim money instead? How to do that?

By default,leave encashment amounts will be included with FNF settlement. Only earned leaves are considered for the encashment amount.

Only when the employee resigns?I'm not resigning. Can I carry forward the leaves?

Only unused earned leaves are automatically forwarded to next year.

Depend on work location, casual leaves are normally needed to be used by September 1st !
I mean from now to august you can use all your casual leave
Depending on the location your eaned leaves will be carried forward!
Only in Hyderabad you can encash your earned leaves without leaving accenture

Yes and those 11 days of casual leaves u better use them before August if you have plans or else just let them be , plan well from next year . Normally upto 30 earned leaves can be carried forward

For Bengaluru location -

Earned Leaves - 45 days will get carry forward to next year (Jan to Dec) Casual/Sick Leaves - They'll expiry on August 31st, you better utilize them if you need (Sep to Aug)

As far as I know, Leave Encashment is not available for the Bengaluru location if you are not leaving the company and I'm 100% sure CL12 employee can't do it.
