Trending @Accenture; How to hurt this company (like it has hurt us)

No, not resignation, this company deserves some cruel treatment. Once I inflict some pain, I will resign.

No, I will not hurt the client or deliverables. They have been mighty nice to everyone here.

Not only has the rewards outcome disappointed me and ruined my day-year, now I have to sit through the discussions for the entire team and disappoint them while they shout at me. Meanwhile the leadership and HR who actually decided the outcomes are celebrating announcement of 15,000 promotions.

This act has to be punished. Suggestions please.

I am spending 1/3rd of my salary just to live and report to a location where none of my team mates or people from project are there, this city is 1000km away from my hometown. I have emi's to pay and because of their stupid policies I have to live here.

The present condition of accenture is really in bad shape and especially from the last 2 years.
We really need to send email to Julie. Also, this nonsense drama from Laxmi Chandrasekharan regarding the mental health should stop for once, coz mental health ka drama karke they end up at policies, and don't know who the fuck keeps on making and implementing such policies .....

I am the lead, so it hurts me. We were trashed by senior leadership even for above average scores last time and had to come up with plans and show them we have improved. More work for me because they are trash.

These people are completely hands off when it comes to dealing with working class population, but they want to be at the forefront when making decisions for them. You are a manager, you would know. 😉
