This is pretty much possible if people lead mapping is not correct, a resignation request goes to people lead

Roll off on NP are not possible.
There is something which makes you bound to your current tag project till the last day.
And if the project ends before your LWD, you will be in the same poll.

So that's not the thing which is gonna help.

That’s correct. My project ends on 30 July but they have extended my roll off date to my LWD which is 7th September
