Trending @Accenture; How to get released project
Please suggest I'm completely down with my health I need immediate release my manager said to control my pressure but still it's increasing daily, I am currently working with anti-depressants ,how to get a release project as quickly as possible
Pls suggest to me it's a bit urgent!
Start applying in another organisation……! 1.Leave accenture because release might be impossible.
2.I will share you experience one of my friend—
When he was hired in project his interview was related to java and informed him that you will work related to development. But when they provided the KT he comes to knew that you will do live support. Then he said to his manager that you hired me related to development work. Manager refused by saying you have to do same work now. Then their was so much conflicts btw them, at last he decided not to do any work in project.
That time period was very complicated for him but atlast they released him from project.
If you can do so it might be a option otherwise I don’t think they will give you release.
Stop doing work...
Firstly explain your mental health to them and Don't do work in a project.... We get complaints from clients and we can easily move to the bench
Talk to other Manager who is ready to take you in your project
Same thing happening with me ...
