Trending @Accenture; How to get promoted to CL 10?

Earlier, post completion of TechLeap successfully, I got promotion on Sept, 2022 from CL 12 to CL 11. Since then till now, no hikes and I am still at CL 11 only, can anyone give me suggestion/tips on how to get promoted to CL 10.

Apart from delivery try to do a lot of certification which we get from cloud Elevate.I got promoted because of that only I think..my CL is 10 now..I joined as ASE in 2021 Sept

We are not able to register in cloud elevate..it is asking we should have some cloud technology experience. And also accesses are not given to everyone.
