On-site opportunities are purely project and demand based. Expressing your interest in securing on-site opportunities doesn’t always guarantee you one. However, I’d recommend you build your niche in a certain skill set that’s trending in the market. That way, it gets easier for project leads to consider you over others.
I’ve travelled to several countries and each time it was based on the requirements and my industry experience that mattered. Check Workday for open roles in other countries and reach out to the recruiter before applying. Good luck!

Depends on project you are working in, clients you work with and client location. Depends on your team structure, project contract agreement, leadership and finally your own performance and rapport with the clients. There is no one answer that fits all.

Minimal , few are there provided you are in good books of the leadership team

Talk to your lead/Project Manager/Senior Manager, Until someone gives you a clear answer.
