Trending @Accenture; How to get notice period reduced?

I got an opportunity outside accenture but my people lead and HR are so adamant to reduce even a single day in notice period and other organisation want joining in 60 days. Seriously what a pathetic organisation it is :(

Can anyone suggest how to get NP reduced somehow?

If your manager is with you, then you can get it reduced. If not then no other way.

Take a risk, resign and then start searching if you got it once definitely you'll get it again
