Trending @Accenture; How to get calls for SAP MM Support Consultant

I have 2.9 years of experience at Accenture. I'm at Career L11 currently with 5.61 CTC working in SAP MM support. Every organisation is looking for SAP MM consultants with implementation experience. In Accenture we are not getting Implementation projects and currently stuck in a support project. In a dilemma how to switch for better package.
