Trending @Accenture; How to get an letter of recommendation for masters
As mentioned I’m planning to go to masters and I want a letter of recommendation either from college or the company I work. In my college most of my staff is leaving and impossible to get 3 letter of recommendations(LOR).. if getting one from here might help my visa and also my admission process. Whom should I approach or how to get it without affecting my work rn
Approach your current manager or a senior colleague who knows your work well. Explain your situation and request a recommendation. Be clear about deadlines and provide necessary details to make it easier for them.
Senior as in my career level is 12 and my senior level is 11. Will that work? I don’t think my manager might give me a recommendation
You specifically don’t get LORs from managers or any other team members. However you can ask for experience letter (credence letter)from the ast portal of Accenture via credence request.
