Trending @Accenture; How to find variable pay after becoming analyst?

I joined as an ASE. Back then variable pay was mentioned in offer letter. Now that I got promoted I need some kind of letter or doc mentioning my base pay and variable pay.

All I can find till now is my base pay mentioned on Allsec portal.

No mention of base pay.

Follow these steps: Download TBS: The benifit solution App from playstore (it is AON accenture benefits application) Now, login as Employee (using accenture email) and do the MFA Now click on benefits overview and you will see the portal (which we use of Insurance and all that) Click on reward statement and you will see your complete CTC and it’s divisions like VP, Base Pay and all that.
