People use jargons like L9, L10 etc. But i've been unable to find it on my offer letter, what should i do?

Associate - L12 Analyst - 11 Senior Analyst - 10 Team Lead/Consultant - 9 Associate Manager - 8 Manager - 7 Senior Manager - 6 And so on and so forth

Check with HR directly, they will tell you your level.
